Expert lawyer in life sciences and intellectual property for over 25 years, offering services to Mexican and foreign clients. In 1994 he founded the firm SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez Correa, S.C.) a very prestigious law firm in which he served as a founding partner, in charge of the area of Life Sciences and Intellectual Property, and participated in relevant transactions in Mexico and other countries, such as pharma and biotech patent litigation, health law consultancies for major pharmaceutical companies, among others.
I have been for the last 25 years, he has been a professor of undergraduate and graduates degrees at UNAM, as well as at other prestigious educational centers, such as Universidad Panamericana, Universidad de las Américas, Universidad Iberoamericana, and Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (IPIDEC). He has given courses and conferences on health law, intellectual property, unfair competition, and other legal matters.

Luis started his professional career in 2003 and has experience in Mexico and other countries. Abroad he worked in Geneva, Switzerland, at CUTS International, at the International Trade Center (UN and WTO Agency), and at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the WTO, where he advised on international trade matters, international dispute settlement, technical barriers to trade, foreign investment, trade in services, and sanitary and phytosanitary measures.
Before founding SL - Solórzano Linaldi, in 2012 he joined SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez-Correa, S.C.) as Senior Associate, where he was promoted to Partner in 2015. He collaborated with SOLCARGO until November 2020 and participated in important advisory and transactional projects in various regulatory matters including health regulation, international trade, e-commerce, protection of personal data, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering. He is also certified as Anti-Money Laundering Specialist by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
Luis is currently Vice Chairman of the Marketing and Advertising Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

She began her professional career in 2000, at a law firm where she advised companies in commercial law and tax matters. Subsequently, she interned at the Tax Administration Service (IRS equivalent) in the General Customs Administration area, where she assisted in customs clearance procedures.
In 2002, she joined the firm SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez Correa, S.C.) as an Associate in the area of Administrative Law, where she began her practice of litigation in Intellectual Property, Life Sciences and Sanitary law disputes. She worked at SOLCARGO until November 2020.
She has advised companies in the food, pharmaceutical, and alcoholic beverages sectors to obtain license and marketing authorizations from the health authority and the design and execution of legal strategies for the defense of major companies in the generic drugs market.
She has also advised various companies on legal tax and foreign trade disputes, as well as in the design and structuring of their bid proposals in public procurement procedures and the implementation of litigation strategies on the matter, even serving as a social witness in various public bidding procedures.
In matters of industrial property, she has had a long professional record in the implementation of all kinds of litigations, from administrative procedures in terms of the previous Industrial Property Law, to amparo trials (extraordinary constitutional appeal) before federal judges and appeals before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice. As a result of her extensive experience in administrative litigation, she has obtained judicial precedents, including Supreme Court landmark decisions, which have widely benefited the advised companies.

She began her professional career in 2002, as an intern in the Trademark Department at Goodrich Riquelme & Associates Law Firm, to later consolidate as a lawyer at this firm for 6 years. Later, she worked at Panamerican Patent and Trademark firm in the Department of Foreign Trademarks and Patents where she coordinated and followed up trademark and patent procedures in various jurisdictions around the world.
Afterwards, in Madrid, Spain, she worked at the IUVE Foundation, where she advised on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters and coordinated the “Lisbon Generation” and “Looping Europe” events. In the academic part, she was a professor of the course "Legal Aspects of Design" at Universidad Anáhuac México Sur for 5 consecutive years.
Before joining SL - Solórzano Linaldi, she joined the firm SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez-Correa, S.C.) as Senior Associate in 2010, where she worked until November 2020. He began his professional practice in 2007 in a law firm in the areas of International Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, and Intellectual Property. Later, he joined another firm specialized in Intellectual Property Law in Mexico, wherein his tasks were related to the application, conservation, licensing, and transfer of industrial property rights, as well as technology transfer.
Before joining SL - Solórzano Linaldi, in 2011 he joined SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez-Correa, S.C.) as an Associate in the area of intellectual property litigation, where he was later promoted to Senior Associate in 2016 and collaborated until November 2020.
He has participated in the design of outstanding comprehensive strategies for the protection and defense of intellectual property, as well as in high-level litigations related to the film industry, pharmaceutical industry, alcoholic beverages industry, copyright, self-image and honor, health regulation, trademark rights, and plant varieties.
In parallel to his professional practice, since 2017, Christian is a professor at the Faculty of Art and Design of UNAM, where he teaches the course of Intellectual Property Law and since 2019 he is part of the faculty of the Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (IPIDEC).

He began his professional career in 2013, as part of UNAM’s Institute of Legal Research, where he firstly served as a Social Worker; later, as Orthotypographic Legal Editor; afterwards, as Research Assistant, and finally as a member of the Coordination of the Bioethics, Health and Bio-law Observatory.
In 2016, at the age of 23, he obtained first place in the “Benito Juárez” National Essay Contest, organized by UNAM, by defending and promoting the fundamental rights of socially vulnerable groups.

Alexis began his professional career in 2017, collaborating in a firm specialized in trademark and copyright matters, where he actively participated in advising and managing matters related to the intellectual property of different companies dedicated to sports, technology, and entertainment, both national and foreign.
Later, in 2018, he collaborated in the regulatory assistance before COFEPRIS for one of the largest companies in Mexico dedicated to the production and sale of food products. He also participated in advising on corporate and contractual issues at a brokerage house of one of the most important business groups in the country, as well as in the acquisition of different companies.
Before joining SL - Solórzano Linaldi, in 2019 he joined SOLCARGO Abogados Law Firm (Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez-Correa, S.C.) as a Full Time Law Clerk, where he collaborated until November 2020.
